Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery.

2. Conditions of Returns
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- The customer bears the cost of return shipping.

3. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase (Stripe or PayPal).
- Refunds are processed once the returned goods are received and inspected.
- Please allow up to 14 days for processing.
