1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases from Tinto Coffee Ihn Enrique Fernandez via our online store.

2. Contract Conclusion
By placing an order on our website, you agree to purchase the selected products. A binding contract is established upon confirmation email sent to you.

3. Prices & Payment
All prices are in EUR. In accordance with §19 UStG (German small business regulation), no VAT is charged and VAT will not be displayed on invoices. Payment methods: Stripe (all supported options) and PayPal.

4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped via DHL. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Delivery times within Germany are usually 3-5 business days; international delivery may vary.

5. Right of Withdrawal

6. Returns

7. Liability
We are not liable for delays caused by customs or logistics providers. Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.
